eating 8 smaller meals a day is actually good for your metabolism. Well maybe 8 is pushing it, probably more like 6. But the key being small meals, 8 full meals is a different story.

You don't look fat my friend, but your words say you feel fat and whether you look it or not, that says something (either you need to shed a few pounds or your self image is off).

quicklist...

1. 6 smaller meals a day... healthy meals Work out your diet with a nutritionist. Work out your diet with a nutritionist. Yes I typed that twice.

2. High fiber diet or even adding a fiber supplement. Fewer and smaller meals will make you feel hungry till your stomach shinks down, higher fiber will help with the fullness and hunger...

3. Figure out why you're eating so much? Been that way a long time, eating more cuz you're bored lately, no more girlfriend, etc.? Food is often a replacement for many different things and it becomes a bad habit.

4. Find an exercise route you can enjoy. Something like running might not be your thing. Then again after you find the runners high you might be barreling towards marathons in the future. Shoot some hoops, swim, whatever type you enjoy most.

5. Make it your goal if it's important. You've proved with TTI you can accomplish the goals you set your mind to.

Don't expect it to be easy. Don't expect it to be quick. Don't do it for chicks. Do it for yourself.

Personally I don't think you will do it. Ah, fuck it... I wrote all that for nothing because you CAN'T do it ... How's that for motivation?

I'd say good luck, but I'll say congrats in advance instead
