you could be right. But if you look at the pic it was taken with the garage door at the back of the vehicle, facing the passenger side, which means that you are seeing the left side of the home if facing it from the street. in none of those pictures do you see any of the left sides of the home or any of the homes on that street, therefore without seeing floorplans for that exact address you can not deduct whether or not windows are present.
However one deciding factor will tell you that this garage is not part of a tract housing urban development...can you spot it.
