Holly, I live in Honolulu, prices are not that outrageous. The milk ad is 2 for $7, or $3.50 apiece. I lived in Hawaii Kai a couple years ago, which is one of the most upscale places on Oahu, where I would expect things to be more expensive, but they weren't.
