It isn't Blair. It is the Labour Party. The only people that vote for Blair are the people the people in the election district he runs in. Blair could lose his seat and the Labour Party would still be in charge.
Is the war harming Blair? Yes. Will the Labour Party lose control of parliment? Not next time but maybe the time after that.
