Doesn't really work like that. He isn't going to have someone else win his seat any time soon and Labour has too big a majority to be thrown out of gov't in the next election (whenever that may be) unless something very extreme happens. He may be replaced as party leader but I still don't think that is going to happen unless he decides to step down and he has hintered he wants to take them to another term.
Of course, these aren't the first British troops to die but these are a special case.
