Don't get me wrong, I'm not championing celebs per se. But I think any citizen who makes the time to promote the candidate they back, without recompense, is doing a good thing.

Not talking Dem/Repub here - either way it goes - a citizen becoming very involved in the election process is commendable, not something to hold up to scorn.

Good points.... I think what we are saying is that it is funny how revered their opinions are by the media, as if the ability to rap or play pretend (act) gives one a special insight into world events.




and BTW, as far as no recompense is concerned.....BELIEVE me, the publicity is GREAT for their careers. It's ALWAYS good to be in the news.
