Wrong. They are supremely qualified. Why? Because they are citizens of the United States. That's the point of the election process - a PHD and a high school dropout have exactly the same say: 1 vote.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not championing celebs per se. But I think any citizen who makes the time to promote the candidate they back, without recompense, is doing a good thing.

Not talking Dem/Repub here - either way it goes - a citizen becoming very involved in the election process is commendable, not something to hold up to scorn.
