-up to 100,000 Muslims killed after an unprovoked attack on Iraq.
-Muslims blame Bush for ordering it.
-Muslims wait, to see if we approve of Bush.
-We endorse Bush. They now blame all of us.
-Muslims now feel they owe Americans 100,000 deaths.
