Now this is interesting...
As I see it, they could take action, however the only way I can see it worth there time is that they can prove without a reasonable doubt in court that your actions caused a financial loss.

What I mean is that they could have a case IF the text you "borrowed" and put on your site, bumped them out of position in the SE's, thus causing loss of profits. But there are so many variables to consider. Unless there is serious financial loss on there end by "your actions", I do not think they would pursue this in a court of law.
