It should NOT be, I think people should have to be educated on how to vote before they are aloud to, sorry to say but YES another high school class for 95% of this boards population should be educated on how to vote.
ie.
What to look for, who stands for what, why the budget needs balanced and how to tell what is more important in their vote.

My wife refuses to vote, simply because she does not follow the cantidates, she does not care what is going on in politics. Should she vote what I tell her to? naaa I respect her for not just voting what people tell her too. Or just to vote to say it is her right and I VOTED.
It is NOT you right to vote, it is your RIGHT to make an EDUCATED vote or it is for not.
