That is a hell of a dangerous scenario if oil ended up being traded in Euros. It's not exactly a secret that the US would end up in roughly the same status as Argentina.
I doubt anyone has an interest in seeing this - even OPEC :-)
But sure.. the real war might have just been declared on the economic front, tho it had already started.
