There are say 250,000 provisional votes. Let's say that history is made, and 50% of them are counted, that gives us 125,000 votes.
Let's say that Kerry gets 100% of those votes. He still loses by 19,000.

here on the news they said 175K provisional votes WILL be counted. Still Kerry would need a very high percentage of that to even make it a draw.
all the lawyers are setting up their games tho, maybe something surprising will come out of it
