I hope it's you but I'll offer a clarification from another point of view.
Conservatives are not Constitutionalists, per se. Especially given the fact that the Constitution wasn't drafted by the current day Conservatives, nor could the framers of the Constitution have had ANY idea how technology would evolve.
A conservative court IS and DOES tend to preserve the status quo, from a legal standpoint. They don't tend to overturn or attempt to make new laws from their cases.
A liberal court is the kind of one where you end up with a Roe vs Wade or a Brown vs Board of Education...
in this instance, meaning the adult industry's bank accounts, the status quo would be just fine I think.
