That doesn't mean it's "bad" for our country. So companies have to pay out a bit more in insurance premiums for insurance. That's not going to bankrupt them, unless suddenly the population is 25% to 50% gay and they ALL decided to get married and ALL of them have health coverage at work.
With our current health care coverage (or lack of it), that's not something I'm sweating.
