i used to drink a weight gainer shake right after eating my last meal before i went to bed with ice cream and peanut butter. its got a ton of calories. it should help you gain weight. i weighed like 125-130 when i graduated high school, now i weigh about 170 and its not fat.

Yep... weight gainer shakes + workout... No other way to 'safely' gain weight... I know something about it. After medical treatment I lost almost 40% of my weight, took me almost a year to get everything back.
'Doubling' or 'quadrupling' your meals will result in FAT - unless they are very, very balanced.
