Well alcohol does significantly inhibit a man's ability to ejaculate. I don't exactly know the physiological reasons but I assume it has something to do with the levels of acetylcholine, which is one of the main triggers of ejaculation, and the effect alcohol has on the ability of the brain to secrete the normal chemicals that it regulates. That's alot of babel about a subject I don't really know very much about. However, I can tell that as a man the only times I can't cum is when i'm either on medication for something (like insomnia) or when i'm very drunk.
