The best way to gain weight is simply this , eat, eat like there's no tomorrow, tons of calories daily . Have 5 medium sized meals a day instead of 3 and snacks or high calorie shakes inbetween .
Drink plenty of water but not with your meals, best to limit yourself to 4 ounces of any drink when you eat .
Limit you caffeine and carbonation intake and dont smoke if ya do . Putting on weight is a bitch .
