I used to drink way too much of that shit. At my old job at a restaurant, I was constantly drinking pop. You guys should quit drinking pop, it's just empty calories, sugar and caffeine, not good for you at all. It'll just make you feel shitty from all the sugar, and keep you awake from the caffeine. Try to drink more water and less pop, and exercise too and you'll feel better. And the sugarless/diet stuff isn't a very good alternative either - you can get headaches, anxiety, irritability, abdominal cramps, insomnia from Aspartame (Nutra Sweet). Coffee's not great either, especially if you wanna sleep at normal hours...
I will not even say anything about booze!
