That being said, when reading the previews I was started to get worried that they had over done it with the details. Obviously they did it right... and the PC version will be better

They did it right for sure, i've played the PC version of vice city but while the graphics are 10x better, the gameplay is far better with a ps2 controller, it really does make a difference, as for the game think of it as vice city on A LOT of steroids, just the 3d terrain differences (now you get HUGE mountains and shit to jump on a sanchez bike or a quad bike or whatever you feel like) and other 'little' details go a long way.
