We are a Constitution-based federal republic; with a strong democratic tradition - not a democratic republic.
Kerry has no choice but to bring back the draft, and raise taxes thru the fucking roof if you are to believe half of the crap that he says he is going to do.
He already said that he is going to escalate the war in Iraq in order to "win" it . . . he has no choice but to bring back the draft if he wants to do that.
