this is not a racist comment, this pretty much a universal fact. i've had a lot of experience with this.

even Martin Lawerance has a part in his comedy act (Martin Lawernce: you so crazy or RunTelDat, cant remember which one.) about how black people are loud as hell, and he then he makes fun of the white people that go and tell on them and want refunds.
its a known fact, its not a racist comment at all. its fairly common.
next time, ask for a refund, you'll get one (thats how common it is now a days.)
