Is there a way to stop someone from hotlinking my UCJ links ??

I discovered a site that has MY UCJ links on his page. I'm asssuming that a while ago, he went through and stole my galleries and saved my thumbs and then just uploaded the thumbs, keeping my links which do have my affilate ids HOWEVER, he has my actual UCJ links on his page which skim, thus when someone clicks on the link on his page, it sends out to one of my trade partner's sites and MY script thinks that it sent out a hit when in actuality, his site did.

Any ideas on how I can stop this ??? I already ICQ'd Tim, but he's not around. I was wondering if I could get a head start on the problem here.

I don't think that the guy has a lot of traffic and I don't wanna post his link otherwise people might start clicking to see what's up and that'll increase the problem, ha ha. Another webmaster pointed it out to me because he's been noticing referrers from the site, that's how I found out, so it must be a few hits.
