I'm not the only one who predicted Canada 4, USA 3.
The day after I predicted that, the CBC did an interview
via satellite with Paul Henderson, who also predicts this outcome.
Anyone remember Paul Henderson?...or why he's famous?.... or
why his opinion in hockey should matter? No one answered this on
the last thread I posted it on, so I'm left wondering where all the
real hockey fans are.

And it's a really sad state when people that have the onions to
stand up for themselves in front of the world to point out gross
wrongdoings and unfairness are labelled as whiners. It's only
whining until something similar happens to you, right?

There will be no whining during or after this game. If something is grossly
wrong or totally unfair then I'm sure a lot of people will point it out,
but the Olympic rules are clear about this. The ONLY time a decision
by a ref or a judgement by an official will be overturned is when there is
proven evidence of foul play and/or outside influence.
Otherwise it's game on.

There's bound to be bad calls for both sides, there is in just
about every game I've watched (and played), it's part of the game
same as are injuries and loud mouthed coaches and broken sticks.
No room here for whiners though. No room at all. So enough pissy
sourness about who *might* whine or what *may* happen, and
let's just shaddap and watch the best hockey in the world. K?
