For those confused - the foreskin DOES pull back unless you have a medical condition (VERY rare in adults. Children with it usually grow out of it). This means that it can be just as clean, shapely, whatever as any cut cock.

The medical view is that there is no difference , other than an increased likelyhood of infection immediatly after circumcision.
The confusion comes from the term "clean" used in religion. Muslims dont eat pork because it isnt "clean" , but it means nothing about the actual cleanliness of the meat. A cow burger sitting in a pile of mud is "clean" to a muslim, but a sanitized pork chop is dirty.
