I'd like to know that, too. I'm using
www.fastestpipe.com for some TGP submissions, and I've seen them banned in two locations, one of them being EasyPic. The reason seems to be access speed, but whenever I test the pages they work fine, and I've yet to receive a single email from the TGP webmasters that I know to contradict that. I certainly wouldn't accuse them of running a "scam" on that evidence.
