You are right Mutt...I've been saying something similar all along.
If they go after obscenity it because a first amendment issue.
Play your cards right and you can even become a "celebrity." Look at Larry Flynt's history.
Sure it can cost you a ton of money to defend such a thing, but you might even be able to get some help from the ACLU etc.
Anyway, I've always likened all this to the way the Feds took down Al Capone.
They couldn't get him on real crimes like murder etc.
They got him for Tax evasion.
There's always an out and they'll find one to get you one way or another.
