traffic-out is probably one of the better value providers. How is $6/k ($5/k if you have a button at the bottom of your site) pricey? Choker's free site traffic starts at $6.80/k.
Productivity is also excellent because it's true clicked traffic - surfers click on a (short) descriptive link that sends them to your site. It is not blind skimmed or generic "free teen site" traffic.
