LOS ANGELES -- Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones is not that kind of girl -- so she's suing a topless club in Nevada.
claims The Spice House -- which bills itself as "Reno's friendliest topless cabaret" -- used her picture for advertising and promotion without her permission.
In her lawsuit, the "Chicago" Oscar-winner alleged that the club showed her picture on "numerous pages" of its Web site, sometimes alongside partially nude women.
She said that created the false impression that she "endorsed or approved of the sexually explicit content" and could "dilute the value of her celebrity endorsement."
