My current diet. (Occasionally Drinking only water)
Breakfast - 9am
Anything I can find with a lot of carbs. Usually Pasta or those ramen noodle soups. (4) Egg whites.
Lunch - 12:30pm
Tuna sandwich (light mayo), baked potato.
Lunch2 - 4:00pm
low calory soup, (lipton)
Dinner - 8:00pm
Salad.. fat free dressing.
and go to the gym at night. its working for me.
