I just saw nasko's post on another board

on the stats page of offshoreclicks there is the following:

Feb 20: It has become appearant that Telcoweb are no longer paying us for dialer minutes generated as they have missed their last 3 payments and have not taken any steps that would indicate that this is an unintentional error of some sort. As a result we are announcing the immediate shutdown of our telco dialers (you know if you have one as they where given out by special request only after we moved towards the Varadox dialer in October, 2001), please remove any links to these dialers!
