Creatinenot bad for you...hmmmmm...it can stress the kidney. Trust me. It naturally occurs in meat, poultry, fish and other high protein foods. The problem being that many of the creatine products on the market can contain analgous compounds that are poorly systhesized. Can you say horrendous kidney stones?
If you want to gain mass naturally eat lots of protein and carbs before bed...your body will not break them down as completely during sleep, thus they will become fat. Then use a high weight low rep weight lifting regimen to burn this fat into bulk.
As far as the creatine thing goes. Do a bit of research and you'll find its not really healthy way to gain mass. Although I must admit it does the job QUICK! For a guy like kman whom I imagine cares very little about what chemicals he puts into his body, I'd say fuckit!
