Breakfast= 8 eggs 6 whites 2 whole
mid morning= Ass blasting protein bar (low carbs)
Lunch= Lettuce wrap look like a fag, turkey or chicken sandwhich
Mid afternoon= Ass blasting gut bloating cause you cant shit it out protein bar
Dinner= Turkey, Chicken, Fish or Beef, and steamed Veggies
Evening= By now you cant fit in your jeans, cause you cant shit until you swallow some Goddamn Psyllium husk to push out the non-fibrous protein bars you have consumed all day, final protein bar.
