That is why bvico is better... British civil law.
Also, you can have your meetings there once a year and take it off your taxes.
Ocra can set you up anywhere. They have free lance lawyers that will do it for you. Isle of Man is good also.

I'll state the obvious, - just in case :-)
BVI is no longer what can be claimed to be an "offshore" situation. When the occasion arises there is full banking disclosure to interested parties.
Normally this is not a problem if the beneficial owner is actually residing offshore, but can be a problem otherwise. Especially if that beneficial owner is UK resident.
Panama is not corrupt in the sense of corps. They actually provide excellent corps with much greater protection than others.
Each set of circumstances is different tho - it depends where you live and possibly other factors.
