I am not a Bush fan...but the new 2557 law does not make it "okay" to photograph underage girls in the nude...the constitution does.

It's called Free Expression...Free Speech.

It sucks that there will be some who may use it in clearly immoral but borderline illegal ways...but it's there to protect those who are actually artists.

There are many famous photographers who have photographed many children from infants to adolescents nude.

Sally Mann, Jock Sturges, Robert Mapplethorpe....Jock Sturges was actually brought up on charges although acquitted on all those charges.

Sorry to deviate from the gist of your post...just wanted to point this out.
