My belief system is just more in line with the GOP's than it is with the Democratic party, despite the fact that Kerry is also a Catholic.

However, I have to question your knowledge of the GOPs. There is nothing wrong with believing in the traditional GOPs, they are not all evil people, they just have different ideas on how things should be done. However, G.W. Bush does not fall in the traditional GOP category, he is much further to the right and belongs with radical conservatives like New Right Republicans and Neo-cons both of which are incredibly evil ideologies. If you truly believed in GOP principals you would make a statement to your party that radicals do not belong and force them to get back to old Republican politics.
