Here is a reply to the letter I sent them below. Do you think it is pointless sending traffic to them? After the letter, I really think it is.

Unfortunately, you cannot. The only way an affiliate gets paid is through
membership sign ups and also by referring other webmaster who become an
affiliate.
We did try to pay for products sold when we first started the affiliate
program and the problem was that ccbill managed the membership sign ups and
we managed the products sold. Webmasters complained that the sign up
process was to difficult since they had to sign up twice. We ceased paying
for products sold about a year ago. Which is also when we started
providing discounts on products to members and instituted video feeds in
the members area trying to encourage guys to join the site. It is working.
