To me, a rich man is very attractive, but not because of the money, it's more of a competence thing. I like a competent man.
I also like one that thinks highly of himself.. not necessarily an asshole, just one that doesn't put himself down
I like someone who is content being alone, and in a relationship with me at the same time.. there's nothing worse than a man whining about how you don't pay enough attention to him, or spend enough time with him
Complaining and unhappy men are unattractive, if you're depressed or not feeling well, do something about it for god's sake.. don't look to me to fix it for you
