Sorry Boobmaster but you are totally 100% wrong.
Rules of Engagement that were issued to soldiers prior to the war starting were VERY clear.
They were allowed to shoot anyone they considered a threat, be it a child with a toy, Mother carrying a baby, ANYONE.
They have since been changed, to reasonalbe suspect to be a danger.
How do I know? I was told by a serving Royal Marine Commando.
