I doubt it. He has been working with us on VirtuaGirl since 2002, has a fair conversion ratio of 1/477 and almost no chargebacks.
There are plenty of honest and talented webmasters in eastern Europe, I'm glad we're among the very few programs smart enough to accept them ;)
