You need to lower your body fat % before you can see your six pack.

You can do 1000 situps a day, and have the strongest abs on earth, but they will be hidden by your body fat.

1) Eat less (lower your caloric intake)
2) Eat correctly (less fat, less carbs )
3) CARDIO exercises. (running, swiming, biking, areobics)
