http://www.plumpercash.com has been using
stolen content of me and another lady for 3 months now.
After having to chase this man down each month for our payment
(with him always having a different excuse for not sending it on time)
we finally told him to take our sites down! Well, 3 months later we
discovered that he was still using all the content in the members
area on his sites! His excuse was "I forgot to take it down." Now, I ask
how does a webmaster FORGET to take down content that he does not have permission to use
any longer?
I'm sorry this is my first post here. I am just getting into webmaster boards and stuff :-( (Just had a baby also-2 weeks old) but, I really felt this was something that should be known about. If its in the wrong place feel free to move it.
We came to an agreement last week that he would pay xx amount of dollars for the content he has been using illegally. He said he would mail it on Friday (this past Friday 10/15/04) Friday came and he didnt mail it and he said he would pay it on Mondy via Ikobo. Monday came and he told me Ikobo wouldn't accept his credit card and he said he was sending it through bank transfer, he got my bank info and said it was sent and would take up to 2 days (this is what his bank told him) . He also told me he would email a copy of the receipt from the bank and didnt of course. Well, 2 days later..and close of the bank day and NO MONEY...I messaged him twice about this during the day and he finally responded last night (in invisible mode). I asked him about
the receipt and he said he couldn't find it, that he must of left it at his girlfriends house. Now, it is 3 days later and NO MONEY from him.
I'm sorry to post regarding this but, as webmasters and amateurs I feel you should know about what this man is doing as it is a very serious matter. I have archives of all our conversations regarding this matter if anyone doubts what I am saying and would like to see them
