EU countries, are right now making a system where ALL mails, all sites a surfer surf on the internet will be stored for at least 1 year.

If a surfer has a ip-telephone, the ISP will be forced to keep the conversation, for a least 1 year.

The police dont even need to get a court ordre, as long as the police ask for records. If the police will follow a surfer real time, they need a court ordre, but if they ask what happen on the surfers computer 10 min ago, they dont need that courtordre!!!
