Exactly, nowdays you need a not so cheap server, headers and or custom soft, mostly some good proxies / relays, for direct mailing you'll have to pay more and some day whole chinanet and all korean providers won't have clean IPs anymore, good lists not the same old shitty worthless crawled stuff and also most people will actually try to rip you off.
