- eat healthy food, high in protein, every 2 hours
- take those sups you mentioned
- work out hard
- sleep 8 hours
- repeat
the only thing with creatine is that when you stop taking it you will loose almost all those gains... which you will hate mentally.
It may be un-healthy to take creatine... nobody knows for sure.
it takes time, but if you make it to the gym 4-5 days per week you'll start seeing some major changes
