Creatine works great for a build/weight gain phase - in other words do NOT take the weight loss pills at the same time. You should do it in phases
1) go 3 months or so of heavy lifting and creatine and protein supplementation while eating properly for weight and muscle gain.
2) switch your workout entirely to a burn phase - drop the creatine and take the diet pills maybe and maybe a thermogenic of some kind to burn off that fat layer - do lots of "high intensity interval training" and aerobic workouts while not focusing quite so much on the heavy lifting.
Then repeat etc.
That way you build musle mass, burn fat, build, burn, etc.
If you try to do both at the same time you won't have enough fuel to really build muscle, and the water retention from the creatine will hide any fat burn you do.

get some real advice
www.bodybuilding.com i see health threads every day everyone means well but few actually know what they are talking about. Im not tryin to dog this guy but he gave you wrong advice reguarding creatine. To get the best possible results with creatine your suposot cycle it for no more than 4 weeks at a time with at least 4 weeks off inbetween. and make sure to drink allot of water when your cycleing creatine.
I strongly strongly strongly suggest you get some proper advice and go to that website and post in the forms and search.
