It really depends on what you want to do. Creatine and Protein are great for building strenght and muscle - but then why the weight loss pills. Do they contain Efedra? You have to decide what you want - not just go out and buy a bunch of shit because a muscle mag tells yout to. If you are thin and want to gain muscle than go for the protein - if you are overweight and want to lose the weight - watch your diet and excercise. Either way it's much more important to get in the gym and eat properly than to use all that shit
