What's the right thing to do?

1. Publicly announce that you're having trouble but that you've got it under control (and have all your affiliates and contractors jump ship, making the situation worse)

2. Privately message all your affiliates and contractors, letting them know what's going on and giving them a FIRM date on which you can pay them (and risk some bigmouth letting the cat out of the bag, leading to the total collapse of your company)

3. Screw everyone, take all the cash you can and move to Barbados.

4. Pretend everything is OK, string everyone along with promises and hope you can get things straightened out before your company collapses.

5. ?? Alternatives?

I think I know a company that might be in just this situation. What should they do?
