You didn't talk to the right people. There are only 3 banks in the US that will give out a high-risk merchant account that I know of. Joe from
http://www.msusa.info/ can set you up through one of those banks (he is the cheapest to). Mitch from Netbilling can set you up with one of the other banks or you can go to Humboldt if you have been around for 2 or 3 years and will bring in $100,000/month.
