I'm watching my fats and cals these days but there is no reason I can't enjoy every single one of them
I used to regularly catch the cooking shows on the Discovery channel before there was a FoodTV and local/PBS shows before that. FoodTV has some good shows but there are others I like better now on some satellite channels. I doubt I've ever made a recipe more than 50-75% of the way it was done on TV but I picked up enough ideas and techniques to make what I cook both tasty
and healthy.
