I've had a design done by tootie before, no doubt she's the best bang for the buck but i'm looking for something a little more refined and efficient.
By that i mean i don't want to clean up the html and i don't want to tune the images for weight. I want a fast loading clean design. My experience with her work is that it's a little bloated as far as file size and structure are concerned.
